Job Description

We are seeking a freelance Graphic Designer who can match our pace and elevate our presence at Formula Fig, a pioneering experiential skincare company. Following our rapid expansion across 8 locations and preparing for a biotech skincare launch, we require immediate design support across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate quickly, execute flawlessly, and contribute to our visual evolution.

Requirements

Non-Negotiables

Technical Skills:

• 3-5+ years designing for digital-first brands
• Adobe Creative Suite mastery
• Experience in Figma
• Web design understanding
• Video editing capabilities for social content
• Print production knowledge (bleeds, color profiles, prepress)

Working Style:

• Available 20-30 hours/week starting immediately
• Responsive during business hours for time-sensitive requests
• Comfortable with direct feedback and quick changes
• Able to deliver excellence at velocity
• Remote collaboration skills that don’t require hand-holding

You’ve worked with brands that are dynamic without sacrificing quality, understanding that luxury isn’t just aesthetic—it’s precision at every touchpoint. You’re comfortable with performance metrics and brand narrative and ready to join a team that’s building something significant. This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside in the United States or Canada.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience ($24.16 - $29.10 per hour)
