Formula Circus - Vehicle Physics Specialist / Lead [Urgent]

Gecki Studios UG is developing Formula Circus, a new simcade-style formula racing game featuring deep career progression, dynamic racing systems, and a modern modular gameplay structure. Our goal is to deliver an immersive racing experience that blends realistic handling, accessible physics, a living motorsport world, and extensive moddability. We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine 5 Developer (20–40 hours per week) who specializes in gameplay and vehicle physics. The role involves developing or enhancing a simulation or simcade-style formula handling model using our existing R-Tune Physics System or building a new modular vehicle physics system within UE5. You will implement and refine vehicle handling and tire models, collaborate with a control and force feedback specialist, and optimize performance within Unreal Engine 5. You should have a strong background in Unreal Engine 5 development (C++ and Blueprints), vehicle physics or simulation, with good knowledge of modular systems and plugin workflows. Good communication in English or German is required. The position is remote with flexible hours, and you’ll be part of an organized, international team, with the opportunity to help shape the core systems of a new racing game.
