Job Description

Toloka AI is a global tech company that offers end-to-end AI solutions, leveraging a diverse global crowd from over 100 countries and 40 languages. We are seeking a talented Content Creator/Social Media Specialist to work on a freelance basis. In this role, you will create engaging content that showcases our products and solutions across various platforms, contributing to our brand presence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic social media growth plans across platforms.
  • Create engaging video content, including talking head videos, demonstrating product use cases.
  • Produce advocacy content for employees to share.
  • Create organic social media campaign content that drives engagement.
  • Assist in producing onboarding videos and 30-second product teasers.
  • Craft compelling copy tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Explain complex AI solutions in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategic decisions and performance reports.
  • Identify and engage with industry influencers to expand brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for tech products/SaaS companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to explain complex products engagingly.
  • Experience with content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Video editing and production skills for short-form content.
  • Understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) marketing strategies.
  • Ability to write compelling copy for different platforms and audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in growing social media accounts and building engaged communities.
  • Proficient with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Experience interpreting social media metrics and adapting strategy based on insights.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for optimizing reach.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Registered business entity preferred (ability to issue proper invoices).
