We aim to amplify stories that shape the future of innovation and are looking for a creative storyteller to transform these conversations into viral, high-impact social content that inspires and educates.

Requirements

We’re Looking For:

• Elite editing skills: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) with strong instincts for pacing, emotion, and visual rhythm.
• Data-driven creativity: Understanding of social metrics and platform trends to inform storytelling.
• Speed and precision: Ability to deliver multiple edits quickly without compromising quality or creativity.
• Cultural fluency: Deep understanding of how tech, leadership, and startup culture intersect visually.
• Creative instinct: Craft narratives that make people stop scrolling and start thinking.

Responsibilities

Your Mission:

• Craft short-form, high-retention video content that captures the essence of each episode of Inside the Silicon Mind and showcases the visionary work of Harrison Clarke across social media.
• Transform long-form interviews and founder stories into platform-native edits that engage audiences on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Outcomes:

• Social storytelling mastery: Create engaging clips, teasers, and reels that convey insights quickly and spark online conversation.
• Performance-driven editing: Use analytics to guide editing choices that maximize reach and engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency in every edit, aligning with Inside the Silicon Mind’s aesthetic and Harrison Clarke’s thought leadership tone.
• Work quickly to maintain a consistent flow of content from podcast episodes and events.
• Develop edits tailored to each platform, from TikTok to LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.

Day to Day:

• Edit captivating short-form video clips from podcast recordings and interviews.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to identify key moments for amplification.
• Add subtitles, captions, and creative motion graphics to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Refine content based on audience insights and platform analytics.
• Experiment with new styles and storytelling formats to keep content fresh.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring quality and emotional alignment in edits.

Location: Canary Wharf, London. We foster a highly collaborative, in-person culture, allowing you to work closely with our founder and creative team across time zones.

• Final Interview: A conversation with Firas Sozan (Founder and Podcast Host) to explore creative direction and fit.
