Requirements

Education

Experience

Implied 2-5 years of experience in graphic design production, with a proven track record of delivering high-volume digital assets efficiently and accurately. Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or agency, is highly beneficial.

Required Skills

• Absolute mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, including advanced features like Artboards, Smart Objects, Layer Comps, and Batch Actions.
• Proven experience in preparing and exporting production-ready files with strict technical specifications for digital platforms and advertising.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including meticulous file structuring, consistent layer naming conventions, and robust version control.
• Strong understanding of digital asset management principles and best practices for archiving and retrieval.
• Ability to interpret and adhere to creative briefs, templates, and style guides with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering technically compliant and error-free work.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
