Job Description

This is a remote position offering part-time work (15 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. You will be the creative force behind bringing a premium skincare brand to life across social media platforms. Working directly with a marketing-savvy founder, you’ll transform raw video content into polished, engaging material that drives sales and builds brand awareness. This role combines technical video editing, creative social media strategy, and business development support, with the potential for growth alongside a scaling business.

Your responsibilities will include editing professional YouTube videos, creating compelling social media content, maintaining brand presence, designing engaging content formats, conducting email outreach, managing prospect lists, providing strategic recommendations, supporting organic growth initiatives, and handling marketing-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proven expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing
• Strong proficiency in Canva for social media design and content creation
• Demonstrated experience in social media management and content strategy
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work and social media campaigns
• Experience with email marketing and outreach campaigns
• Bonus: e-commerce experience, particularly in skincare or beauty industry
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithm optimization is a plus
• Bonus: experience reaching Australian markets or managing retail partnerships
