Job Description
This freelance/contract role focuses on high-volume, execution-driven production of digital assets within a fast-paced Edtech environment. It requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to creative briefs and style guides, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Independent work ethic, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently are essential.
Requirements
Education: A strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and execution excellence, often associated with degrees in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related fields.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in graphic design production, preferably in a fast-paced environment like a startup or agency.
Required Skills:
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, including advanced features like Artboards, Smart Objects, Layer Comps, and Batch Actions.
- Experience preparing and exporting production-ready files with strict technical specifications.
- Ability to leverage efficiency techniques like batch processing and reusable templates.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including file structuring and naming conventions.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Adobe XD, After Effects).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Basic understanding of web design principles.
- Exposure to the Edtech industry or similar fast-growth environments.
