The company is seeking a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Content Creator to join as a Social Media & Content Manager (Independent Contractor). This role will be pivotal in bringing the VIBE brand to life across all platforms, contributing to social media presence, email campaigns, agent marketing support, video production, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media:

• Create high-quality, on-brand content across various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage posting schedules, engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
• Develop creative campaigns related to recruitment, listings, events, and brand initiatives.
• Build content calendars and ensure consistency across all channels.

Design & Canva Production:

• Create polished graphics, templates, and marketing assets using Canva.
• Support agents with branded materials such as property flyers, social posts, and infographics.
• Maintain brand consistency using VIBE’s designated fonts, colors, and aesthetic direction.

Video Production:

• Film and edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, interviews, property tours, event recaps, etc.).
• Capture behind-the-scenes content that showcases culture, events, and agent stories.
• Stay updated with trends and adapt them to fit VIBE’s brand identity.

Email Marketing:

• Build and schedule email campaigns including newsletters and event promotions.
• Write short, compelling copy that resonates with the VIBE tone.
• Track performance and optimize for engagement and growth.

Brand Storytelling:

• Collaborate with leadership to shape the brand voice and visual identity.
• Contribute to major campaigns with engaging content.
• Capture the fun, high energy, and unique culture of the brokerage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media.
• Strong skills in Canva, including template design and brand consistency.
• Proficiency with a video editing tool.
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels trends and effective short-form storytelling.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Exceptional writing skills; able to craft snappy, warm, and modern copy.
• Comfortable with filming, interviewing, and capturing candid moments.
• Highly organized and self-driven, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience in real estate content, brand development, or photography.
