Job Description

We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to support a variety of clients with both quick-turn social/digital artwork and ongoing graphic design projects like flyers, pamphlets, booklets, and other print collateral. This role is hands-on from brief to concept to polished final files, while keeping every design consistent with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design social + digital marketing assets with reliable, fast turnaround (paid + organic).
• Provide regular graphic design support for print materials such as flyers, pamphlets, booklets, posters, signage, one-sheets, and ads.
• Work closely with our creative team from concept → revisions → final production.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Develop ideas and concepts that balance creative style with strategic messaging.
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
• Prep final deliverables for both digital and print (correct specs, clean files, export formats, print-ready PDFs, etc.).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, design, and creative advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong layout and typography skills, including multi-page documents (pamphlets/booklets).
• Comfortable working from briefs and refining designs through iterative feedback.
• Strong creative sense with the ability to work across multiple industries and styles.
• Knowledge of contemporary design trends.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bonus: experience with broadcast graphics.
