Job Description

Kraus Marketing is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll concept, design, and execute compelling promotional materials for a national cigarette/tobacco brand — working across digital and print campaigns to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop visual concepts that resonate with target audiences, while maintaining brand integrity and meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept and design marketing and promotional assets for a national tobacco brand, including emails, digital ads and pop-ups, push notifications, direct mail, landing pages, gamification graphics and more.
• Create engaging visuals across multiple platforms.
• Develop and refine creative concepts based on client briefs and strategy input.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all specifications.
• Contribute to light motion graphics for digital and social campaigns.
• Collaborate on website and digital UX layouts using Figma.
• Design and code responsive email templates for HubSpot/MoEngage campaigns (basic HTML/CSS a plus).
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and campaigns.
• Work within deadlines in a fast-paced, agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or consumer brand setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects).
• Working knowledge of motion graphics for social and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Figma for web and digital design collaboration.
• Basic understanding of email coding (HTML/CSS) and HubSpot (and similar) email templates.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Gamification a strong plus.
