Job Description

VIBE Realty is a fast-growing, design-forward real estate brokerage based in the Twin Cities, known for its bold brand and high-energy culture. We are looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Content Creator to bring the VIBE brand to life across all platforms. This role involves being a key creative force behind our social media presence, email campaigns, agent marketing support, video production, and storytelling that fuels our brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media
• Strong Canva skills (templates, layout, graphics, brand consistency)
• Proficiency with a video editing tool
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels trends and short-form storytelling
• Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp or equivalent)
• Strong writing skills — you can be snappy, warm, modern, and clear
• Comfortable filming, interviewing, and capturing candid moments
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to handle multiple projects at once
• Bonus: experience with real estate content, brand development, or photography

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Manage posting schedules, engagement, and analytics
• Develop creative campaigns tied to recruitment, listings, events, and brand initiatives
• Build content calendars and maintain consistency across all channels
• Create polished graphics, templates, and marketing assets using Canva
• Support agents with branded materials: property flyers, social posts, infographics, etc.
• Film and edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, interviews, property tours, event recaps, etc.)
• Capture behind-the-scenes content that highlights culture, events, and agent stories
• Write short, compelling copy that aligns with the brand tone
• Build and schedule email campaigns (newsletters, recruitment blasts, event promotions, agent announcements)
• Work with leadership to shape the brand voice and visual identity

Job Highlights

Salary range: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month. Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week. The role is part-time and hybrid remote in Saint Paul, MN 55102. A creative leadership team that values bold ideas, and a beautifully designed office and event space provides a vibrant atmosphere for content creation.
