Job Description

333 Media is looking for a Social Media Content Editor who can jump into a fast-paced, creative environment and keep our clients’ content running smoothly throughout the day.

Role Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style)
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms
• Select clips, refine pacing, add captions/graphics, and elevate raw footage into polished final products
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form, platform-specific cuts
• Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats
• Ensure all content meets brand standards before publishing

Requirements

• Ability to sort, cut, and polish raw footage into clean, engaging edits
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and quick responsiveness
• Available throughout the day for editing or posting support as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, high-growth agency environment
