Job Description
The role requires a creative individual skilled in video editing, graphic design, and animation to create engaging short-form content (30 seconds and under) primarily for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok. The candidate should be able to replicate or enhance existing content while focusing on virality, relatability, volume, and turnaround time. Editing will utilize provided raw footage, behind-the-scenes clips, and user-generated content, with a target of producing 12-15 pieces of content per month. Familiarity with the retail and fashion niche is preferred but not necessary. Collaboration with a Social Media Manager will be part of the role to fill in any gaps.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop is required, along with graphic design skills. Beginner-level knowledge of AI prompting and AI user-generated content is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team. Experience with software tools such as Adobe Bridge, Avid, and Adobe Premiere is advantageous.
