Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, positive Social Media Moderator & Editor who can work independently and maintain discipline and reliability. This role involves moderating comments and DMs on our social media platforms, editing videos, creating posters in Canva, and managing live webinars. The position is part-time, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week, primarily from 8 AM to 6 PM CET / 9 AM to 7 PM UK Time. A commitment to respond to comments and DMs during coverage hours is essential.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and experience:

• Detail orientation with a focus on accuracy.
• Highly communicative, reliable, and digitally available.
• Passion for the work and the community.
• Strong ability to work independently and stay disciplined.
• Prior experience as a freelancer preferred.
• Prior experience editing clips for social media preferred.
• Prior experience moderating a social media community preferred.
• Professional social media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Editing videos based on timestamps and notes from the team.
• Creating posters and photo assets using Canva templates.
• Moderating comments and DMs across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Moderating live events, including live training sessions.

Additional Information

This is a temporary two-month contract starting on January 3rd, with potential for extension for an exceptional candidate. You will work remotely, enjoying flexibility in your schedule. We are a positive, upbeat team that values respect and gratitude in our interactions.
