Sapsucker, Canada’s best naturally sweetened sparkling water, is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist for a freelance position. The role involves developing and executing engaging digital content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and e-commerce integration, and proficiency in graphic design tools and social media management applications. Requirements

Duties:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
• Manage social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Engage with followers and foster community interaction.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Experience:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe tools.
• Hands-on experience with Sprout Social (2 years required).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and Google Analytics.
• Experience running Facebook Advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
• Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop creative content aligning with brand voice and marketing goals.
