Job Description

As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for bringing initiatives and concepts to life across multiple platforms. This is a dynamic position that offers the opportunity to develop unique and memorable concepts and follow them through to completion in all collateral materials. You will be expected to employ a level of creativity such that assets are on-brand and motivating for consumers. Requirements

Qualifications: The Junior Graphic Designer possesses a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.).

Education and/or Experience: BA/BS degree in Graphic Design / Design Communications. Minimum of two years of graphic design experience. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects. Knowledge of HTML, UX, web production, project management, and other marketing related content management tools preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop inspiring and strategic layouts for print and digital marketing collateral.
• Carry out graphic design tasks from ideation to production.
• Be reliable, resourceful, and a team player.
• Take creative input and direction.
• Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects.
• Work with outside marketing partners (e.g., agencies, media buyers, print production vendors, etc.).
• Collaborate with other graphic designers to implement programs.
• Develop and work with both internal and external content providers.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Pay Rate

The approximate pay rate for this position is $50,000-55,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.
