JOB DESCRIPTION
Works under immediate supervision to provide clerical and/or typing support in the performance of a variety of office duties which may be simple to moderately complex in nature. This is a temporary part-time (20 hours per week) hybrid role with 1 day up to 5 days in the office per week depending on department needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Education
Required Education: Associate’s degree in a related field.
Experience: 2 years of paid experience developing content strategies, managing multi-platform campaigns, and using data insights to grow brand presence. Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms (personal, academic, club, or business-related). Familiarity with web content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms. Strong written communication skills and basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Express. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Duties
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn. Assist in developing content strategies to increase engagement. Monitor social media analytics and prepare reports. Edit and maintain website content using content management systems. Collaborate with staff to ensure timely updates and consistent messaging. Respond to comments and messages as directed. Fill various administrative and clerical assignments as needed.
