Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure that all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and the overall vision of the client.
• Edit and revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained throughout.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technology to continuously enhance your skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Proven experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in design software: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Design knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Attention to detail: Ability to follow brand guidelines while producing unique and creative designs.
• Communication skills: Excellent skills to understand client needs and effectively incorporate feedback.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Design experience: Experience in both print and digital design, including social media, websites, and print collateral.

Working Hours

This is a freelance position with flexible working hours. Deadlines are essential, but you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule as long as the work is completed on time.
