Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at MTechZilla, you will translate ideas into engaging interfaces that users love to interact with. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, project managers, and clients—to design experiences that are both visually stunning and strategically effective.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and analytics.
• Design intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual brand consistency.
• Create marketing and digital assets such as social media graphics, visuals, and videos when required.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their design goals and present creative concepts effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, no-code tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong command over Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Affinity Designer.
• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code tools for interactive prototypes or live builds.
• Video editing and graphic design proficiency is a plus.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
• Collaborative mindset with a detail-oriented and creative approach to problem-solving.
