Job Description
Freelance Graphic Designer for a bi-monthly magazine, which typically has 32 pages with dimensions of 5.5W x 8.5H. Compensation starts at $800 per publication for design and layout, with potential adjustments based on the page count. The position requires the designer to have their own Apple computer and the latest version of Adobe Suite programs, mainly utilizing Photoshop and InDesign. Availability is needed for approximately 20-30 hours every other month, depending on the designer’s speed. Experience in magazine design is mandatory.
Requirements
- Must reside within 30 minutes of Edgewater, FL, and have a vehicle for monthly meetings.
- Experience in magazine design is required.
- Graphic Design: 2 years (Required)
- Adobe Suite: 5 years (Required)
