Job Description

Prototype MKTG is a strategy-led creative agency specializing in experience-driven marketing, focusing on brand strategy, digital growth, and experiential marketing. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to plan, post, and optimize content across client and agency channels, managing strategy, storytelling, and engagement to help brands connect authentically with their audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute monthly content calendars.
• Collaborate on creative production and caption writing.
• Schedule posts, monitor performance, and engage audiences.
• Provide reports with insights and growth recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, or Sprout.
• Strong writing, organization, and trend awareness.
• Bonus: Experience with influencer coordination or community management.

Contract Type

Monthly retainer per project

Pay: $5,766.14 - $157,524.82 per year
