Role Description: Senior Graphic Designers at SketchDeck are strong conceptual thinkers passionate about design and visual problem-solving. They are collaboratively-minded creatives skilled across a range of disciplines, detail-oriented, and possess a comprehensive understanding of design principles and best practices. Responsibilities include the design and development of a wide range of deliverables for clients, including identity & brand design, presentation design, infographic design, long-form editorial design, and various other print and digital assets.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

• 7+ years of experience (preferred but not required)
• Well-versed in design principles
• Strong in conceptual and execution skills
• Familiar with branding and strategy-based design thinking
• Proficient in illustration skills; able to follow existing brand illustration style guides and create new concepts
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent in time/project management skills
• Able to interpret briefs and ideate design solutions based on them
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with a remote team of project managers, design directors, and other designers
• Receptive to direction but passionate about pushing boundaries and inventiveness
• Possessing excellent communication skills, able to articulate design thinking and rationale
• Experience in motion design/video/animation is a strong plus (familiarity with AE + C4D)
• Experience with Figma is a strong plus
• Preferably based in or able to work across US time zones, but exceptional candidates from other time zones are welcome
• Available for a minimum of 20+ hours/week
