Job Description

LRN is recruiting Freelance Graphic / Elearning Designers with strong working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Storyline, Rise, Lectora, or others to support our busy Delivery team. This role involves creating high-quality eLearning projects for our Fortune 500 clients and requires designers who can produce excellent work under tight deadlines.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work with various tools to provide design solutions for layout, visual storyboards, web, print, and other media, potentially including video and motion graphics. The work will be ad hoc as required, supporting internal teams and contributing to diverse projects based on specific client deliverables.

Requirements

All applicants must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of eLearning development tools and share commercial examples of their past work in the eLearning or classroom-based training industry. You should be able to create concept statics, dynamic project materials, and communicate effectively with Learning Managers, Project Managers, and Instructional Designers to produce high-caliber content.

Specific qualifications include:

• Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Lectora, Captivate)
• Experience with Adobe software and traditional print design software
• Ability to develop engaging materials on time and to high creative quality
• Strong creative graphic ideas/solutions for various media
