Job Description

TONE3000 is building the world’s largest community for music tones. We are seeking a Social Media Manager who is not only skilled in social media but also has a passion for playing guitar or bass and has a deep interest in music gear. The primary responsibility will be to create engaging video content to enhance our YouTube and social media channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot, produce, and edit engaging long-form and short-form video content
• Interview musicians, engineers, and users both in-studio and remotely
• Create content that educates and entertains the guitar, bass, and recording community
• Repurpose long-form videos into TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Collaborate with the team to shape our brand voice and content strategy
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions while interacting with followers, influencers, and relevant communities

Job Requirements

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Are hardworking and relentless in your pursuit of growth
• Love guitar/bass, music gear, and storytelling
• Have experience producing high-quality video content, ideally in music or studio settings
• Know how to craft content that musicians actually want to watch and share
• Have built your own music equipment like amps, pedals, etc.

You will work directly with the founders, who are intense and passionate about what we do. We’re looking for someone who shares our drive and enthusiasm. The position is based in New York City with an office in Soho.
