Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across various media, including digital and print. This role requires a strong understanding of art direction, branding, and visual design principles, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, web development, and production teams to create impactful graphics that align with brand identity and strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, UI/UX design, motion graphics, and print advertising.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, as well as experience with Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong skills in color theory, typography, and composition to create visually appealing designs.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress is desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or team members.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of photography, video editing, photo manipulation, and digital art techniques enhances the candidate’s versatility.

Duties

• Develop and execute graphic design projects including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Create motion graphics and video editing content for multimedia campaigns.
• Design layouts for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and print advertising using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Produce high-quality digital art, illustrations, and photo manipulations that enhance visual storytelling.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Manage color management, typography, and layout design to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop branding strategies and visual content that support campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand standards while exploring innovative design solutions using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW.
• Assist in sign manufacturing projects and production design when needed.
• Prepare files for print production or digital publishing, ensuring proper typesetting and resolution standards are met.

Compensation

• Competitive pay based on experience.
