Job Description

LRN is recruiting Freelance Graphic / eLearning Designers with strong working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Lectora. The role supports our busy Delivery team by providing quality design for various projects aimed at delivering high-quality eLearning solutions to our Fortune 500 clients. This position requires highly competent designers who can produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements

All applicants must possess strong working knowledge of any of the following tools: Storyline, Rise, Lectora, or other proprietary eLearning development tools. Additionally, applicants must be able to share commercial examples of past work in the eLearning or classroom-based training industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in producing quality design in layout, visual storyboards, web, print, and in software such as Word, PowerPoint, video, and motion graphics (optional).

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using a range of tools including Adobe products and various eLearning specific software like Lectora, Captivate, Storyline 360/Rise.
  • Developing dynamic and engaging project materials on time and to the highest creative quality.
  • Taking written content and producing strong creative graphic ideas/solutions for various media.
  • Liaising with Learning Managers, Project Managers, and Instructional Designers (both in-house and external) regarding design-related issues and producing high-caliber content.

Additional Information

Work for this role will be ad hoc as required, supporting various projects across a range of media tailored to specific client needs. LRN is a SaaS-based e-Learning provider with a presence around the globe, assisting over 2,500 companies worldwide in navigating complex regulatory environments and fostering inclusive work cultures.
