Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support a small family business in Holland, OH. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, and produce high-quality designs across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand assets for the company and its car wash clients
• Create designs for digital, print, and large-format applications
• Produce graphics for websites, social media, email, signage, brochures, packaging, and trade show materials
• Design UI elements for mobile apps, e-commerce sites, and touchscreen displays
• Create large-scale artwork for vinyl wraps and Lexan panels
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and internal teams to meet project goals
• Prepare production-ready files and maintain organized design assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or strong portfolio)
• 4+ years of professional design experience
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with HTML/CSS, WordPress, or email marketing platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Compensation and Benefits

All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation at $22.00 per hour, along with a benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available Shifts

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
