Job Description

LRN is recruiting Freelance Graphic / eLearning Designers with strong working knowledge of tools such as Storyline, Rise, Lectora, or other proprietary eLearning development tools to support our busy Delivery team. The role involves supporting internal teams with various projects, delivering high-quality eLearning projects for Fortune 500 clients. Designers are expected to be competent and able to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects where media varies based on specific client needs and deliverables.

Requirements

All applicants must:

• Share commercial examples of past work within the eLearning or Classroom-based training industry.
• Have a strong working knowledge of any of the following eLearning development tools: Storyline, Rise, Lectora, or other proprietary eLearning tools.
• Be proficient in producing quality designs in layout, visual storyboards, web, print, and designing in Word, PowerPoint, and video (motion graphics experience is optional).

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using various tools and software, including Adobe products and traditional print software.
• Developing dynamic and engaging project materials on time and to the highest creative quality.
• Taking written content and producing strong creative graphic ideas/solutions for a variety of media.
• Liaising with Learning Managers, Project Managers, and Instructional Designers, both in-house and external, regarding design-related issues and producing high-caliber content.
