We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to plan, create, and execute engaging content across multiple social media platforms. This role is responsible for growing brand awareness, driving engagement, and managing paid and organic social media campaigns through high-quality content, reels, posts, and advertising.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for content creation.
• Experience with mass recruiting campaigns is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
