Social Media Assistant for Umbrella Brand - Property and Wellness

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant who can manage consistent and engaging Instagram content for Madre Collective, a brand that merges property investment with spiritual transformation. You will be working directly with Carla, the founder, and be supported by established brand guidelines and a marketing strategy. Your main responsibilities will include regular posting, creating stories, and community engagement on Instagram, ensuring the voice is warm, direct, witty in a British style, and feels genuinely conversational. The goal is to speak to both property-focused women and those interested in personal and spiritual growth. Reliability, authenticity, and an understanding that luxury and depth can go hand-in-hand are essential. Familiarity with Canva and Instagram is required. Previous experience creating relevant content in a similar voice is a plus.

Madre Collective is the umbrella for everything I’m building: property investment guidance, transformational retreats, wellness products, and a global community of women who refuse to choose between material success and spiritual depth. We’re currently around 150 strong in our manifesting book club alone, and growing.
What I’m looking for is someone who can help me show up consistently – someone who gets that wealth-building can be sacred work, and that the best content sounds like a real person actually wrote it.
I work with a small, trusted team of creatives. I’m loyal to people who deliver, and I don’t micromanage. If you’re good at what you do, I’ll leave you to do it.
