Job Description

We are seeking a graphic designer with strong creative thinking abilities, the capacity to work independently, and a keen eye for detail. Applicants should possess excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. This position requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, where candidates must be self-motivated, organized, task-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing creative strategies for social media (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) and email marketing to create visually engaging strategies that align with the client’s/company’s marketing goals and target audiences.
• Producing marketing assets by overseeing the production of digital advertisements, email marketing, and social media graphics.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing creative elements in adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitoring project timelines to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and on budget.
• Evaluating trends by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Problem solving by recognizing issues and proactively developing solutions.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, English, mass communications, creative writing, business or visual arts is the minimum educational requirement. Experience with Canva and/or Constant Contact is preferred. A portfolio of previous work examples is also preferred. Internship and/or job experience in graphic design is beneficial.
