Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, innovative UX/UI Designer with expertise in mobile design to join our team. This role involves delivering visually compelling and functional designs that elevate our brand’s digital experience. The designer will take ownership of user experience and interface design, modernizing our brand identity while collaborating on designing interactive web and app pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design with a mobile-first focus, designing engaging and interactive mobile applications and web interfaces.
• Modernize brand identity by refreshing visual elements, updating graphic standards, creating new icons, and improving overall coherence.
• Collaborate on web and app page designs with leadership that prioritize user experience and engagement.

Optional Responsibilities (Nice-to-Haves)

• Illustration skills with the ability to create custom icons; additional illustration capabilities are a plus.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Graphic and Web Design skills with experience in visual brand development.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, especially focused on mobile.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to advise on best practices and execute them independently.
• Ability to work on diverse tasks, including branding, iconography, and interface design.
• Mobile-First Designer; expertise in mobile design is essential with secondary desktop design experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in eCommerce or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of delivering intuitive, user-centered designs that drive results.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments preferred.
• Creative and visionary designer who can propose improvements and see projects through to completion.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on the finer details that enhance both beauty and intuitiveness of interfaces.
