This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to deliver impactful designs across brand, digital, and print for the Design Department at Haris&Co. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming briefs into compelling visual solutions, ensuring brand consistency, and driving creative excellence across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for brands, campaigns, and creatives.
• Seamlessly manipulate and blend images to build stunning visuals.
• Translate creative briefs into effective design solutions that align with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and senior designers to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design touchpoints.
• Support the development of brand assets such as brochures, posters, and digital content.
• Possess good knowledge of typography and visual hierarchy.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Designer/Creative Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with good communication skills.
• A portfolio that showcases creativity, versatility, and design execution.
