Job Description

SwiftXccess is looking for self-starters that are thought leaders with a proven track record of success in fast-paced payments technology environments with demanding timelines. The role will require strong technical skills across applications, infrastructure, data, and security; an understanding of architectural trends such as microservices, cloud computing, and open source frameworks, with a strong focus on innovation. At SwiftXccess, we are leading the innovation to solve major issues affecting digital financial services. We have an ambitious five-year plan, along with the resources and funding to transform digital payments.

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and strategic individual to drive growth across new and existing social media platforms. The successful candidate will drive awareness, engagement, and conversion through social initiatives. The position will utilize a combination of paid social program management, influencer management, community engagement, viral marketing, and onsite opportunities to drive the SwiftXccess social strategy.

Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field required.
• 5+ years of concentrated experience with digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SNAP, TikTok, Twitter, mobile, social media, social commerce, and display, with a proven ability to significantly drive engagement and conversion.
• Multi-tasker who is well organized, with impeccable written and oral presentation skills.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in forecasting and website analytics.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Creative thinker who can be both innovative while execution-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to influence management.

Preferred Qualifications

Software Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop, photo editing.
• HTML experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Mastery in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in Online Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Blogs, Social Media, & Web Analytics (Adobe preferred). Background in B2B B2B2C fintech, payments, eCommerce.

Location

London, England or Remote and available during Business Hours; this role is open to remote work as our teams are distributed. We are looking for team members who perform well given a high level of independence and autonomy and will establish a cadence of on-time delivery with high-quality work.
