Job Description

At Two-Brain Business, we work with a huge team of business mentors who teach gym owners how to run profitable businesses. Content is our backbone. Our founder turned a daily blog into a $20 million+ company. We are seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a flexible basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including social media graphics, static ad graphics, conceptual illustrations, and print-ready event designs, such as banners and backdrops. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and digital design tools. We are looking for creative problem solvers who can bring a concept to life through visuals, with little more direction than a concept or some text. This is a contract position and is project-based. Projects will have a timeline, but hours within that timeline to do the work are flexible.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual concepts for digital platforms.
• Create print-ready event graphics that communicate brand identity effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions within deadlines.
• Maintain consistency in using brand guidelines, including color management, typography, and overall visual design across projects.
• Present design concepts clearly to clients or internal teams using presentation skills and visualization tools.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of art direction, branding strategies, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of digital and print design standards for various media formats.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week

Work Location: Remote
