Job Description

Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery is seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media Freelancer to support our digital marketing efforts and patient engagement. This role is primarily in-office, working closely with our CEO and Founder, and collaborating with an external marketing firm to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business
• Strong content creation and communication skills
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while taking direction from executive leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others
• Design and send weekly email blasts to current and prospective patients
• Complete and submit assigned weekly marketing tasks and deliverables to our external Marketing Firm on time
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and Founder on content strategy, messaging, and execution
• Content capture may include surgical procedures and treatments

Schedule & Work Environment

• Two in-office days per week (days may vary weekly)
• Total hours will not exceed 16 hours per week
• Additional remote work may be required as needed

Compensation & Contract Details

• Hourly rate: $25/hour, paid bi-weekly

• Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and internal privacy policies

Location: Downtown Bethesda, MD

Duration: January – February (2 months)

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
