Graphic Designer for a creative acceleration agency [Urgent]

We are seeking a junior graphic designer to join our creative acceleration agency, Squared Pegs. The ideal candidate will be working on both part or full-time contract basis and will support various projects for early-stage to scaling brands. This includes developing brand identities, designing social content, pitch decks, websites, and campaign materials. The emphasis is on speed and quality, with the ability to take direction yet contribute independent ideas. You must be proficient in Figma and Adobe CC, have a strong understanding of layout and typography, and possess awareness of current cultural trends. Experience designing for digital-first brands is essential, while motion or basic video skills are a bonus, not a necessity. This opportunity suits someone who likes fast-paced environments, is not afraid to challenge conventional approaches, and is comfortable delivering strong work without extensive guidance.
