Job Description

This role involves assisting in monitoring social media accounts and implementing social media strategies across various platforms. The candidate will conduct market research on social media trends on Instagram and TikTok, contribute to the development and design of marketing email campaigns, and create content such as product images, TikTok videos, and Instagram reels. Collaboration with the marketing team on advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives is essential, along with reaching out to trending influencers for potential collaboration. Participation in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns is also expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, graphic design, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
• Strong ability to work independently and make decisions in real-time due to time zone constraints.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and content best practices.
• Passion for fashion and an awareness of industry trends and community dynamics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an engaging and brand-appropriate tone.
• Experience working with influencer marketing and brand advocacy programs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to community growth.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
