Requirements

  • Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
  • Strong understanding of art direction, branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript for designing UI/UX components on WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience with sign manufacturing processes and production design for print and digital formats.
  • Ability to produce high-quality illustrations and digital art tailored for beauty branding campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation skills to communicate concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Duties

  • Develop compelling branding elements including logos, color schemes, and visual identities that reflect our brand ethos.
  • Create engaging digital graphics for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Design layouts for print advertising, packaging, brochures, and promotional materials with precision and creativity.
  • Produce motion graphics and video content using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to enhance marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize visual strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage photo shoots, photo manipulation, and digital art projects to ensure high-quality imagery.
  • Maintain consistency across all visual assets by applying principles of color management, typography, and layout design.
