The role involves creating multiple versions of ad creatives for rigorous testing in a direct-to-consumer context, working closely with a Creative Strategist, and iterating based on performance feedback. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools is required, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is important. The position is full-time, contract-based, and expects organized, communicative candidates comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume output. Experience with direct-response advertising is essential, and applicants should be available to work during 9AM–5PM EST hours.
