We are a small, friendly wellness clinic located in Herndon, VA, specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and Massage Therapy. We are looking for a part-time team member to work 20 hours per week, with additional work from home hours available if skill level meets the requirements. You should be passionate about holistic health and wellness, thrive in a peaceful environment, and enjoy connecting with others.

Requirements

• Position: Graphic Designer with a portfolio that showcases experience in content creation, particularly in social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel/Numbers, Word/Pages, and Google Docs. Expert level is not required, but a working knowledge is essential.
• Personality: Must be personable and friendly to greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Interests: Passionate about wellness and alternative therapies such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, or good nutrition.
• Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail for maintaining clinic statistics and enhancing workflow.
• Self-care Focused: Regular practice of wellness activities like yoga, massage, or healthy eating is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Front Desk and Admin support while also supporting design efforts.
• Warmly greet patients and foster familiarity by getting to know them by name.
• Manage appointments, process payments, and keep treatment rooms organized and clean.
• Prepare treatment rooms for the next patient.
• Keep clinic statistics up to date.
• Develop innovative ideas for marketing and creative posts.
• Update marketing materials using Apple Pages or Canva.
• Introduce new patients to the clinic.
