Job Description

Looking for a part time, entry-mid level creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms and gain new customers. This job is very flexible and requires a few hours in the Hamptons weekly but most of the work can be done in your home. You will assist the owner in developing engaging content and will be collaborating with her. Hours are very flexible and can change weekly.

PLEASE have some work experience in social media and content creation. Also, you must be available IN PERSON in the Hamptons area once a week. The rest of the work can be done remotely.

The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the basics of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to craft compelling visuals and messages that resonate with our brand identity.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborating with the founder for taking photos and creating short videos in the Hamptons for posting. Fun!
• Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts.
• Manage daily social media activities and engage with followers.
• Knowledge of analytics is a bonus.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all digital channels while ensuring content aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publishing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and trending reels, videos, etc. on platforms.

Skills:

• Knowledge of basic graphic design to create impactful posts and short videos.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written communication skills including proofreading for grammar and style consistency.
• Strong relationship management skills to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
