Ongoing Video Editor for Educational, Documentary-Style Media

Video Editor is needed in Austin, United States.

We’re building wisdm, a nonprofit media and education platform focused on natural-first, holistic healing systems.

We’re looking for a long-term video editor who can build videos from scratch and turn research, articles, interviews, podcast episodes, and scripts into calm, narrative-driven educational videos for YouTube and social platforms.

You will report directly to our Director of Operations and work with a small, focused creative team.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE — primarily remote, with occasional in-person work in Austin, Texas.

You’ll be editing:
· Documentary-style explainers
· Story-driven educational shorts
· Podcast episodes
· Clips from interviews and long-form content
· Platform-specific formats and captions

The ideal candidate enjoys turning complex topics into clear, watchable stories and has an interest in holistic health.

We’re seeking someone who values clarity, depth, and respect for the audience, rather than producing influencer or trend-chasing content, and is looking for a long-term creative home.

Budget range:
$30-$40/hr
