• Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
• Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; use insights to refine content strategies.
• Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives.
• Engage with followers by fostering relationships through prompt responses, community management, and proactive outreach.
• Coordinate Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost posts, target specific audiences, and maximize reach effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, graphic design, and e-commerce to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Proofread all content meticulously to maintain quality standards and uphold the brand voice.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Skilled in video editing and photography to produce visually appealing content.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with social listening platforms and tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and monitoring engagement.
• Expertise in social media marketing strategies including branding, relationship management, and community engagement.
• Ability to run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns effectively.
