Black Coffee Apparel is an independent Ottawa-based clothing brand that collaborates with local artists and creatives. We’re focused on community, storytelling, and creating apparel inspired by culture, art, and everyday life. As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a creative, reliable individual to help manage and grow our social media channels. This freelance role is ideal for someone familiar with Black Coffee Apparel and looking for flexible commitment for several hours each month.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging social content that feels natural, creative, and true to the brand.
• Bring ideas to the table and help guide how we show up online.
• Work independently and manage your time without needing close supervision.
• Understand the major social platforms and how content works on each.
• Help grow and support our online community through thoughtful engagement.
• Have a genuine interest in Black Coffee Apparel or similar creative, community-driven brands.

Skills:

• Comfortable working on your own and taking ownership of your work.
• Strong sense of creativity, timing, and what makes content engaging.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.
