Job Description
Experienced in crafting compelling social media videos that captivate audiences and elevate brands? I am seeking a Freelance Social Media Manager to produce innovative digital real estate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely the majority of the time. Some on-location videos will be required. Producing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and monitoring responses will be required. Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, NextDoor, and additional FB groups.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and leverage keyword research to increase organic reach.
- Run targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising (Facebook Ads) and other platforms to boost visibility and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign performance and refine strategies.
- Maintain strong relationship management with followers, influencers, media contacts, and partners to foster community growth.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, branding, e-commerce integration, and video editing techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research methods, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Ability to produce engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing for diverse platforms.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in all communications.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms integration within social media channels and any experience in the real estate world is a plus.
- Self-motivated and reliable are a MUST!!!
