Job Description

Valor Peak Distillery is seeking a contract Graphic Designer to support our growing private label spirits program. Each private label client requires a custom label design, and we are looking for a designer who can deliver high-quality work with fast turnaround times.

This is contract-based, project-driven work. Job volume will vary and may range from one project per month to multiple projects per month, depending on client demand. Designers must be able to turn around label designs within 1–2 business days after a client is signed.

Responsibilities

• Design custom spirit bottle labels for private label clients
• Work within brand guidelines while creating unique designs for each client
• Prepare print-ready files (including bleed, sizing, and compliance considerations)
• Make minor revisions quickly when requested
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the Valor Peak team

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with labels, packaging, or branding
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
• Strong attention to detail and typography
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
• Experience with beverage, alcohol, or CPG labeling is a plus

Pay & Contract Details

• Contract position
• Pay is negotiable and can be discussed as:
• Hourly rate or
• Per-project rate
• Flexible workload depending on monthly client volume

Pay: $15.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week
