Job Description

This is a remote position for a Freelance Graphic Designer at a small boutique-style advertising and marketing firm based in West Palm Beach. The hired individual will be responsible for developing visual concepts, coordinating images, and creating visual assets for both digital and traditional mediums, including campaigns, websites, and printed materials. The role requires a highly creative individual capable of working within client frameworks, styles, and brand guidelines to produce original and engaging visual content. Part-time hours to start with increased hours based on availability and performance.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Extensive portfolio of successful design work, particularly within an agency context.
• Previous experience working with an agency on client projects, with an understanding of the pitch, approval, and billing processes.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite 2026 (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and related design software (Canva).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work during ET zone business hours.

Benefits

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour, with expected hours of 5 to 10 per week.

Responsibilities

• Must be available during work hours in the Eastern Time Zone and have a reliable computer with the most up-to-date software to meet deadlines.
• Engage directly with agency representatives during project briefs to ensure a unified, client-centered approach to visual solutions.
• Attend client meetings via Zoom if/when requested (which may occur on certain projects).
• Work within brand and style guidelines, delivering visuals that support campaign goals.
• Create specialized assets for use on social media and other digital platforms as necessary.
• Make recommendations on updating style guidelines where appropriate.
