We are seeking senior marketers to evaluate creative campaign outputs generated by a large language model (LLM) and assess them using a structured rubric. The project aims to benchmark and improve the model’s creative quality and strategic reasoning. You will review outputs such as campaign concepts, advertisements, brand positioning, influencer briefs, landing page copy, and content calendars. Your responsibilities include scoring these outputs across various criteria like strategic fit, audience relevance, originality, brand voice, compliance/ethics, clarity, and execution feasibility. Additionally, you should provide concise rationales for your assessments, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and offering actionable suggestions for improvement. Experience in spotting unethical persuasion patterns and evidence of using evaluation frameworks or QA processes in digital marketing is essential. The deliverables include two scored outputs with rationales and improvement suggestions, an evaluation rubric with examples, and sharing any existing frameworks or rubrics you have used.
