Job Description

The role involves creating and producing effective and engaging design solutions for video and web, which includes developing video content for various brands and campaigns from ideation to final deliverables. Responsibilities also include obtaining approval of concepts, collaborating with a team, maintaining knowledge of current trends, and innovating ways to improve existing materials. Tasks will vary, including working on in-house and sponsor videos, TV graphics, promotional videos, and social media graphics.

Requirements

Candidates should have demonstrated experience with software such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with knowledge of video formats and compression. Familiarity with control room production and live sports environments is essential, alongside excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should show a willingness to learn and improve, be comfortable in customer service settings, and be willing to work non-traditional hours.

Skills

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of video formats and compression
• Control room and game day production knowledge
• Excellent organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills
• A positive “can-do” work ethic and ability to take direction
• Exploration of new tools/plugins and software to enhance skills
• Capability to present work and handle constructive critiques
• Familiarity with live sports production
• Experience with Daktronics Show Control, Chyron Click Effects, Ross Xpression, Newtek Tricaster, audio mixers, and broadcast equipment is helpful
